My mic or camera isn't working

For both mic and camera issues: check browser permissions, try a different device from the dropdown, and reload.

Use a supported desktop browser, the exact link you shared, and unlock the room if it’s locked.

Share links expire with the recordings they point to. Generate a fresh link, or contact support.

Check the System Status page for outages, then contact your studio admin or email support.
