What quality are the video and audio outputs?
1080p at 30fps by default, with 4K available to enable for paid plans. H.264 MP4 video files and very high-bitrate audio, delivered essentially as raw.
Get a transcript of your recording
Available on paid plans. Generate a speaker-labeled transcript from the combined recording, downloadable as .docx.
How long are recordings kept?
30 days on the free plan, 1 year on paid plans. Download anything you want to keep first.
How to share recordings with your editor
Generate a share link anyone can preview and download from, or set a notification email at the show level.

How studio access, private shows, notification emails, and share links determine who can see a recording.
A track is missing. How do I recover it?
Use the recover page on the same device and browser that recorded to send up anything that didn’t finish uploading.
