Using the Manage Clients area
Once you have active clients, the Manage Clients area is where you can find additional details and settings for them.
Seats
Across the top you'll see how many client seats you're using out of how many you have. You need an open seat to invite a new client, and you can add more seats at any time.
Your active clients
Below that is a row for each active client, showing their recording usage. This is also where you add and remove clients, and where each client has its own email and webhook switches so you can decide, per client, how you're notified about their recordings.
Your clients' shows
Each client's shows appear here too, and you can open a show's settings to set it up on their behalf: name the show, add artwork, set the host name, and grab the guest or producer invite links. Note that the client has access to these exact same settings.
Notifications and automations
Further down are your studio's notification settings: an email and webhook option for new client recordings, each with a master switch plus the per-client switches mentioned above. This is also where you choose whether transcripts ride along with your webhook automations, and whether your own personal show is included in those notifications.
