What is the "MP4 Synced" download?

Each track shows the option to download an “MP4 Synced” version, however, you should only need these in the event that somebody joined late, started a screen share partway through a take, or had a connection hiccup.

The synced version is the same recording, but time-aligned to the start of the session so every track lines up on the timeline in your editor. Drop the synced files onto your timeline and they're already in sync, with no manual aligning.
