How many people can be in a recording?

How many people can join comes down to your plan, and the limit is on guests specifically. The host, and an optional producer, don't count toward it.

On the free plan, a session is the host plus one guest. On a paid plan, it's the host plus up to five guests, so up to six people on camera. Once the room is full, any further guests wait until someone leaves.

Paid plans can also add one producer, who helps run the session without appearing in the recording and doesn't use up a guest slot, so a paid session can have up to seven people in the room. See Roles: Host, Producer, and Guest for what each one can do.
