Test your setup before you record

Before an important session, run a quick TestTake at app.suretake.io/testtake. It checks everything you need for a smooth recording, and nothing from it is saved.

It walks through:

• Your browser, confirming you're on a supported Chromium browser.
• Your microphone, with a live level meter so you can see it's picking you up.
• Your camera, with a live preview (leave it off for an audio-only test).
• Your speakers or headphones, with a test tone.
• Your internet speed, so you know your connection is up to it.
• A short test recording you can play back to yourself. It's never uploaded.
