Technical requirements

SureTake records right in your browser, no installing apps required. To ensure your recordings and interviews go smoothly, keep these technical requirements in mind for both you and your guests.

Browser

Host and guests alike needs a Chromium-based browser, such as Chrome, Brave, or Edge. Safari and Firefox are not supported.

Computer

You'll need a laptop or desktop computer. Phones and tablets are not supported.

Internet connection

You'll need a reliable internet connection. We recommend at least 10 Mbps upload and download, with 20+ ideal, especially when recording with guests.

A wired Ethernet connection is more reliable than Wi-Fi. If you do use Wi-Fi, make sure the signal is strong.
