How to remove a client

Scroll to the client in Manage Clients and remove them. Their account remains active and all their recordings are safe.

Removing a client just ends the studio connection and frees up their seat, so you can invite someone else in their place. They'll no longer see your branding and you'll lose access to their future recordings. Their account will switch to the free plan, and they'll need to subscribe to a paid plan for additional features and to keep their recordings beyond 30 days.
