Show visibility and private shows

By default, every show created on a client's account is set to Visible to studio. That means the studio can see the show and view and download its recordings, alongside the client's own access. Clients are made aware of this when they join a studio.

The client can change this on any show. Setting a show to Private means the studio can no longer see it or reach its recordings; only the client can.

Every show on the account, private or not, still draws from the monthly recording time the client inherits from the studio.
