How to schedule a recording

SureTake doesn't have a built-in scheduler, and that's on purpose! We'd rather keep SureTake laser-focused on reliable recording than pile on every feature under the sun, and you're probably already juggling a scheduler for everything else anyway.

We're big fans of Calendly. Copy your reusable guest invite link from your dashboard, then create a new event type in Calendly for your podcast interviews.

Set your invite link as the location, and turn on the option that only reveals it after a booking is confirmed.

Calendly's custom questions are a great way to grab a guest bio, social links, or photo ahead of time.

Set up reminder emails to go out to your guests ahead of your interview date.

Once you save your event, Calendly gives you a booking link. This is the link you can provide to your confirmed guests. They'll pick a time and show up in your SureTake studio right on schedule.

You can even take this a step further and set up an automation using a site like Zapier, to have guest data end up anywhere you need it, like an Airtable spreadsheet to organize and schedule your episodes.
