How do I delete my account or my recordings?

You can delete individual recordings or your whole account yourself, no need to contact us.

Deleting a recording

On your dashboard, click Delete on any session and confirm. It's removed from your dashboard right away, and the files are purged shortly after. This can't be undone, so download anything you want to keep first.

Deleting your account

Go to your Account page and use the delete option at the bottom. You'll be asked to confirm, and if you have a paid plan it's canceled as part of the process.

Your account is then scheduled for deletion with a 14-day grace window before everything is permanently removed. If you change your mind, contact us within that time to restore it. After 14 days, your recordings and data are gone for good.

One exception: if you run a studio with active clients, remove your clients first, then you can delete your account.
